Handhelds? Solved. Mowers? Working on it.

Our customers use ChargeBot on a daily basis to keep their handheld equipment (and sometimes mowers) charged without the hassle of carrying around batteries and without range anxiety in the field.

Our mission is to make charging as easy as possible and to constantly work on giving our customers more power to work with–to master even the most demanding tasks with electric equipment.

Building on the ChargeBot platform, our engineering team has been hard at work to make the convenience of ChargeBot available for mower charging.

The Challenge Of Mower Charging

If you’ve ever used an electric zero-turn or stander mower, you might have noticed that the charge time from a standard 120V, 15A outlet can reach 12 hours or more. And if you’re maxing out your mower runtime each day, then you might have trouble recharging in time for the next morning.

Increasingly, mower manufacturers such as Toro (with the Z Master Revolution) or Mean Green, offer fast chargers that can charge mowers in 6-8 hours, but require dedicated 240V circuits to operate.

Even if your shop has a 240V circuit, it can be tough to charge multiple mowers overnight without manually changing plugs.

The Solution: A ChargeBot Extension For Mowers

Safely routing and distributing the power required by multiple mower chargers is no small task and typically requires the installation of multiple dedicated circuits with dedicated breakers installed at the main electrical panel by a certified electrician. Typically a pricey and time-consuming endeavour.

With CB-M, we’ve engineered high-power outlets, wiring, and industrial-grade breakers into a compact and rugged form factor and made the entire product plug and play. CB-M can be mounted in your shop, vehicle, or trailer and only requires a single 240V, 50A outlet to connect to. From here, you can connect up to three mower fast chargers AND ChargeBot directly to CB-M, which takes care of charging both all of your mowers and handhelds overnight.

CB-M distributes power from a single 240V, 50A outlet to up to three mowers and ChargeBot at the same time.

Tech Specs

CB-M connects to a 240V, 50A outlet for a total power output of 12,000 W. It features three dedicated Nema L14-30 locking outlets for 240V mower charging as well as a Nema 5-15 120V outlet to power ChargeBot. Thermal circuit breakers for the input as well as each output ensure that the system and your equipment is protected from short circuits and overload at all times.
